Monday, December 24, 2007Oh my tian.I can't believe how much it would cost me to take a cab from the airport back to my place. Took the silver cab and the moment he pressed the meter, it showed $3.20 and $4.20. In total, the moment I close the door, i'm chargable of $7.40! and the meter jumps every $0.20. It jumps like every 5 lamp posts and it's 35% more than the past. It's seriously good money for the cab uncle and I feel that my company should give us more transport allowances especially if we touch down after 12 midnight. Everything is increasing so fast ..I still remember that cabs used to be pretty cheap in the past and I would choose to pay a few more dollars to take a cab than a bus for convenience .Now, I think I wuld prefer taking the bus in any chance even if I had to catch the last bus. She's getting her posted timey on 7:53 AM
